These Terms of Use govern your access to this website and your use of the phone numbers displayed on it. By using the site or placing a call, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What this service is — and is not
Nuvolve LLC operates this website as an advertising and call-referral service. We connect consumers with independent, third-party wildlife control providers, directly or through pay-per-call marketing networks. We are not a wildlife control, pest control or home-services company. We do not perform, supervise, schedule, warrant or guarantee any services. No agency, partnership, employment or joint-venture relationship exists between Nuvolve and any provider.
2. Compensation disclosure
Nuvolve is compensated by providers and/or marketing networks for calls generated by this website. This compensation may affect which provider or network receives your call. We do not charge consumers to use this site or to place a call, though your carrier's standard rates may apply.
3. Availability; no guarantees
References to "24/7" mean the phone line is open to receive calls at all times. They are not a promise that any call will be answered, that a provider serves your area, or of any hold time, response time, appointment window, price or outcome. Provider availability changes constantly and varies by location, season and time of day. All estimates, quotes, scheduling, pricing, methods, warranties and workmanship are determined solely by the independent provider you speak with.
Emergency notice. This is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for one. If a person or pet has been bitten or scratched by a wild animal, if you may have been exposed to rabies, or if you are in immediate danger, call 911, your local animal control authority, or seek medical care immediately.
4. Licensing
Providers in the network represent that they hold the licenses, permits and insurance required in their jurisdictions. Nuvolve does not independently verify every credential and encourages you to confirm licensing and insurance directly with the provider who takes your call before authorizing work.
5. Call recording
Calls to numbers on this site may be recorded and monitored by us, our vendors, marketing networks and the answering provider for quality, verification, compliance and compensation purposes. By placing a call, you consent to recording and monitoring as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: place fraudulent, automated, incentivized or repeated non-genuine calls; misrepresent your identity or intent; scrape, copy or republish this site; interfere with its operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block traffic or callers that violate this section.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, graphics and illustrations on this site are owned by or licensed to Nuvolve LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THIS SITE AND THE REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NUVOLVE MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY PROVIDER OR THE SERVICES A PROVIDER PERFORMS.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUVOLVE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICES PERFORMED OR NOT PERFORMED BY ANY INDEPENDENT PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvolve LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of this site or your dealings with any provider.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes; severability; contact
